Mobile Interface
The mobile interface is built for field workers—people who need to check their tasks, update status, and communicate with the team without sitting at a desk.
What’s different on mobile
Section titled “What’s different on mobile”Mobile strips away the complexity. Instead of the full sidebar with every feature, you get a simple bottom navigation bar with what matters most:
- Projects — See your assigned projects
- Tasks — Your work items, ready to update
- Chats — Stay in touch with the team
- Newsfeed — Company announcements
Everything is bigger, easier to tap, and designed for one-handed use.
What you can do
Section titled “What you can do”Check your tasks. See what’s assigned to you today. Know what’s coming up.
Update status. Mark things in progress. Mark things complete. Add quick notes.
Communicate. Message the team about the project you’re working on. Ask questions. Share updates.
Stay informed. See company announcements. Acknowledge mandatory posts.
What you can’t do (easily)
Section titled “What you can’t do (easily)”Mobile isn’t meant for heavy project management. Creating new projects, uploading lots of documents, building out work package structures—that’s easier on the Office interface.
If you need to do something that feels awkward on mobile, switch to Office. Both interfaces show the same data.
Switching views
Section titled “Switching views”To get to mobile: Click your profile picture (top right) → “Switch to Mobile View”
To get back to Office: Same thing, but choose “Switch to Office View”
Use whatever makes sense for what you’re doing right now.
Related: Navigating Valiro covers both interfaces. Work Items for task management.
