Introduction to Valiro
Valiro is a platform for managing projects, teams, and documents—built specifically for companies where work happens both in the office and out in the field.
If you’re coordinating utility crews, running maintenance operations, managing construction projects, or anything else where office staff and field workers need to stay in sync, Valiro is designed for you.
What you can do with Valiro
Section titled “What you can do with Valiro”Track projects from start to finish. Create projects, break them into phases (work packages), and track individual tasks (work items). Move projects through stages—Discovery, Planning, Execution, Closeout—so everyone knows where things stand.
Make your documents useful. Upload contracts, specs, safety procedures, site plans. Valiro’s AI reads them and makes them searchable. Ask “what are the safety requirements for X?” and get an answer with citations back to the source document.
Ask AI about your work. Valiro AI (called “Gems”) lets you have conversations about your projects and documents. Instead of digging through folders, ask a question and get an answer based on what’s actually in your files.
Plan your team’s work. Track who’s qualified for what, allocate people to tasks, and see utilization at a glance. Know who’s available before you assign work.
Keep everyone connected. Every project gets its own chat. Field workers can check in from their phones. Announcements reach the whole company. No more “I didn’t see that email.”
Who uses Valiro?
Section titled “Who uses Valiro?”Office staff (project managers, coordinators, planners) use the full web interface to manage projects, upload documents, assign work, and monitor progress.
Field workers (technicians, inspectors, crew members) use the mobile interface to see their tasks, chat with the team, and stay updated—without needing a desk.
Both groups work in the same system, seeing the same data in real-time.
What makes Valiro different
Section titled “What makes Valiro different”Most project tools are built for tech companies or generic use. Valiro is built for frontline industries—the kind where work happens on job sites, in the field, across multiple locations.
The AI isn’t a gimmick. It actually reads your documents and answers questions about them. When someone asks “what’s the procedure for X?”, they get an answer in seconds instead of hunting through SharePoint.
Everything syncs in real-time. When a field worker marks a task complete, the office sees it immediately. When the office uploads a new document, the field crew can access it right away.
Getting started
Section titled “Getting started”The Quick Start guide walks you through creating your first project, uploading a document, and trying the AI. It takes about 10 minutes.
