Navigating Valiro
Valiro has two interfaces: Office for the full desktop experience, and Mobile for field workers on phones and tablets. You can switch between them anytime from your profile menu.
Office interface
Section titled “Office interface”This is where you’ll spend most of your time if you work from a desk.
The sidebar on the left is your main navigation. Click to jump between sections:
- Dashboard — overview of everything happening
- Projects — create and manage projects, work packages, tasks
- Documents — upload, search, and manage files
- Valiro AI — chat with AI assistants about your documents
- Resource Planning — manage your team and assignments
- Newsfeed — company announcements
- Chats — team conversations
The main area changes based on what you’re doing. Breadcrumbs at the top show where you are and let you jump back.
Your profile (top right) lets you access settings, switch to mobile view, or sign out.
Mobile interface
Section titled “Mobile interface”Designed for field workers who need quick access to essential information.
The navigation moves to the bottom of the screen for easy thumb access. You’ll see a simplified set of options: your assigned projects and tasks, chats with your team, and the company newsfeed.
Mobile isn’t meant for heavy project management—it’s for checking what you need to do, updating task status, and staying in touch with the team.
Finding things
Section titled “Finding things”Most of what you need is one or two clicks from the sidebar. When you’re inside a project, you’ll see tabs for work packages, work items, documents, and chat—all scoped to that project.
If you can’t find something:
- Check the Dashboard—it links to most important things
- Use the sidebar—all major features are there
- Look for contextual menus (three dots or gear icons)
