Activity Details

The detail view shows all information about a single activity entry.

At the top, you see:

  • Action - What was done (created, updated, deleted, etc.)
  • Item - The affected item with type and name
  • Performed By - Who executed the action
  • Timestamp - When the action occurred

If the item still exists, you can navigate directly to it:

  • Project - Opens the project view
  • Document - Opens the document details
  • Member - Opens the member editing

For updates, all changed fields are displayed:

The changes are presented in a timeline, where:

  • Strikethrough Text - The old value
  • Green Text - The new value

If relevant, related activities for the same item are displayed. This helps understand the complete history of an item.

Some activities are automatically performed by the system, for example:

  • Automatic status changes
  • Scheduled actions
  • System maintenance tasks

These are displayed with “System” as the actor.
