Dashboard Overview
The dashboard is your central hub in Valiro. Here you can see at a glance the most important information about your work and your organization.
Organization Work
Section titled “Organization Work”At the top you’ll see three statistic cards showing the current status of tasks in your organization:
- Open - Tasks that haven’t been started yet
- In Progress - Tasks being actively worked on
- Done - Tasks completed this week
My Tasks
Section titled “My Tasks”This section shows tasks assigned to you personally. You can:
- View open tasks sorted by priority
- Navigate directly to the associated work package
- See the status of each task at a glance
Recent Projects
Section titled “Recent Projects”Shows the most recently updated projects in your organization. Each project displays its current stage:
- Discovery - Project idea is being evaluated
- Planning - Project is being planned
- Execution - Project is being actively worked on
- Closeout - Project is being completed
My Activities
Section titled “My Activities”A chronological list of your recent actions in the system. Here you can see:
- What action you performed (created, updated, deleted)
- What type of item it was (project, task, document)
- The name of the affected item
- When the action occurred
