Archived Projects
The archived projects page displays all projects that have been archived.
Overview
Section titled “Overview”Archived projects are completed or paused projects that are no longer being actively worked on. They are retained for reference purposes.
Finding Projects
Section titled “Finding Projects”Search
Section titled “Search”Use the search field to find projects by name or client.
Filtering
Section titled “Filtering”Filter projects by stage:

| Discovery | Projects in the initial phase |
| Planning | Projects in the planning phase |
| Execution | Projects in the implementation phase |
| Closeout | Projects in the closing phase |
Restoring Projects
Section titled “Restoring Projects”-
Select Project
Click the checkbox next to the project or open the action menu.

Restore
Click “Restore” to reactivate the project.

Edit Project
The restored project will appear again in the normal project list.
Bulk Actions
Section titled “Bulk Actions”Use the checkboxes to select multiple projects and restore them together.
Project Details
Section titled “Project Details”Click on an archived project to view its details:
- Project information
- Work packages and tasks (read-only)
- Documents
- Activity history
Why Archive?
Section titled “Why Archive?”Archiving is useful for:
- Completed projects
- Paused projects
- Projects that are no longer active but are needed for reference
The advantage over deleting: All data is preserved and can be restored at any time.
