Editing Employees

Here you can edit and manage the data of an existing employee.

Edit the basic information of the employee:

  • Name and contact details
  • Employment type
  • Qualifications

Manage the employee’s vacation times:

  • Add vacation entries
  • Edit existing vacation times
  • Delete vacation entries

In the Details tab, you can adjust the employee’s qualifications:

  • Add new qualifications
  • Remove existing qualifications
  • Update expiration dates

Through the action menu (three dots), you can remove the employee from the organization.

When deleting, you will be prompted for confirmation. The employee’s name will be displayed to ensure you are removing the correct employee.
