Editing Employees
Here you can edit and manage the data of an existing employee.
Details
Section titled “Details”Edit the basic information of the employee:
- Name and contact details
- Employment type
- Qualifications
Vacation
Section titled “Vacation”Manage the employee’s vacation times:
- Add vacation entries
- Edit existing vacation times
- Delete vacation entries
Updating Qualifications
Section titled “Updating Qualifications”In the Details tab, you can adjust the employee’s qualifications:
- Add new qualifications
- Remove existing qualifications
- Update expiration dates
Deleting Employees
Section titled “Deleting Employees”Through the action menu (three dots), you can remove the employee from the organization.
Confirmation
Section titled “Confirmation”When deleting, you will be prompted for confirmation. The employee’s name will be displayed to ensure you are removing the correct employee.
