Document Details
The detail view shows all information about a document and allows downloading and managing.
File Information
Section titled “File Information”In the upper area you can see:
- File Name - Name of the uploaded file
- File Type - MIME type or “External Link”
- File Size - Size in KB or MB
AI Processing Status
Section titled “AI Processing Status”The status indicates whether the document is ready for semantic search:

| Pending | Waiting for processing |
| Processing | Currently being analyzed |
| Ready | Fully indexed and searchable |
| Error | Processing failed |
Details
Section titled “Details”Shows all metadata:
- Name and description
- Category (Company, Project, Evidence)
- Assigned project/work package
- Creation and processing date
Content
Section titled “Content”For text documents, the extracted text content is displayed. This shows which text is used for search.
Actions
Section titled “Actions”Open/Download
Section titled “Open/Download”Click “Open” to view the document in a new tab or download it.
Delete
Section titled “Delete”You can permanently remove the document via the action menu.
External Links
Section titled “External Links”For URL documents, a link is displayed instead of the file. Click “Open Link” to visit the external resource.
