Qualifications Overview

Qualifications describe the skills, certifications, and training that employees can hold. They power resource planning, compliance reminders, and team-fit checks.

  • Browse every qualification defined in your organization.
  • Create new qualification types (driver’s licenses, certifications, safety briefings, etc.).
  • Edit existing qualifications — including their validity period and description.
  • Assign qualifications to employees from the employee detail view.

Each qualification can be marked as:

  • Unlimited — never expires.
  • Limited — expires after a configurable number of months. The system notifies you before an employee’s qualification lapses so you can schedule a refresher.
  • The Employees view shows which qualifications each employee holds.
  • Resource Planning uses qualifications to filter who can be assigned to a task that requires a specific skill.
  • Reports can be filtered by qualification to spot coverage gaps.
