Feedback
The feedback page enables collecting and managing feedback, bug reports, and feature requests. Here you can track the status of all submitted reports.
Feedback Types
Section titled “Feedback Types”There are three types of feedback:
| Type | Description |
|---|---|
| Bug | Technical problems or bugs in the application |
| Feedback | General feedback and improvement suggestions |
| Feature Request | Requests for new features or extensions |
Priorities
Section titled “Priorities”Each feedback is assigned a priority:
- Low - Can be addressed at convenience
- Medium - Normal priority
- High - Should be addressed promptly
- Critical - Requires immediate attention
Status
Section titled “Status”The status shows the processing progress:

|---|---|
| Open | Newly received, not yet processed |
| Under Review | Currently being analyzed |
| In Progress | Solution is being implemented |
| Needs Clarification | Additional information required |
| Resolved | Processing completed |
| Closed | No further action required |
Portal Origin
Section titled “Portal Origin”The portal column shows where the feedback originated:
- Office - From the Office portal (desktop)
- Field - From the mobile Field app
Search and Filter
Section titled “Search and Filter”Use the available filters to find feedback:
- Description - Search by keywords
- Type - Filter by feedback type
- Priority - Filter by urgency
- Status - Filter by processing status
