Feedback

The feedback page enables collecting and managing feedback, bug reports, and feature requests. Here you can track the status of all submitted reports.

There are three types of feedback:

BugTechnical problems or bugs in the application
FeedbackGeneral feedback and improvement suggestions
Feature RequestRequests for new features or extensions

Each feedback is assigned a priority:

  • Low - Can be addressed at convenience
  • Medium - Normal priority
  • High - Should be addressed promptly
  • Critical - Requires immediate attention

The status shows the processing progress:

In ProgressSolution is being implemented
Needs ClarificationAdditional information required
ResolvedProcessing completed
ClosedNo further action required

The portal column shows where the feedback originated:

  • Office - From the Office portal (desktop)
  • Field - From the mobile Field app

Use the available filters to find feedback:

  • Description - Search by keywords
  • Type - Filter by feedback type
  • Priority - Filter by urgency
  • Status - Filter by processing status
