Activity Log
The activity log records all important actions in your organization. It serves as an audit trail and helps track changes.
Recorded Actions
Section titled “Recorded Actions”The system logs various types of actions:

| Created | New item was created |
| Updated | Existing item was modified |
| Deleted | Item was removed |
| Archived | Item was archived |
| Restored | Archived item was reactivated |
| Assigned | Item was assigned to a person |
| Status Changed | Task/project status was changed |
| Phase Changed | Project phase was changed |
Affected Items
Section titled “Affected Items”The log captures activities for various item types:
- Projects - Project creation, modification, archiving
- Work Packages - Changes to work packages
- Tasks - Task creation, status changes, assignments
- Documents - Document uploads and modifications
- Members - Invitations, role changes
Change Details
Section titled “Change Details”For updates, the specific changes are displayed:
- Which field was changed
- The previous value (strikethrough)
- The new value
Search and Filter
Section titled “Search and Filter”Use the filters to find relevant activities:
- Action - Filter by action type (created, updated, etc.)
- Description - Free text search in descriptions
- Item - Filter by item type (project, task, etc.)
Who Did What
Section titled “Who Did What”The “By” column shows who performed the action. Hover over the avatar to see the full name and email address.
