AI Assistant

The AI assistant helps you answer questions about your projects and documents.

Overview

The AI page consists of three areas:

• Conversation history (left) - List of all previous conversations
• Chat area (center) - The active chat with the AI assistant
• Prompt library (right) - Predefined questions and templates

Starting a New Conversation

1. New chat

   Click “New Chat” to start a new conversation.

2. Enter question

   Enter your question in the text field at the bottom.

3. Receive answer

   The AI analyzes your documents and project data to provide relevant answers.

Project Context

The AI assistant can answer project-specific questions when a project context is set:

• Questions about project documents
• Work package status
• Task overviews
• Project progress

Tip

Start the AI assistant from within a project to automatically set the project context.

Prompt Library

The prompt library contains predefined questions for common use cases:

Category	Examples
Project overview	”Summarize the project”
Document search	”Find relevant documents about…”
Status query	”What is the current project status?”
Analysis	”Analyze the open tasks”

Click on a prompt to add it to the chat field.

Conversation History

Your conversations are saved and can be accessed at any time:

• Click on a previous conversation to continue it
• The full context is preserved
• Delete conversations that are no longer needed

AI responses are based on information in your documents. Always verify important information in the original documents.
