Analytics
The analytics page provides a comprehensive overview of your organization’s activities and progress. Here you will find statistics and charts about projects, tasks, and team members.
Summary
Section titled “Summary”At the top, you see four key metrics:

| Total Projects | Number of all projects with reference to active projects |
| Total Tasks | Number of all tasks with completed tasks |
| Work Packages | Number of work packages across all projects |
| Team Members | Number of members in the organization |
Task Distribution
Section titled “Task Distribution”The donut chart shows the distribution of tasks by status:
- Open - Tasks not yet started
- In Progress - Active tasks
- Completed - Finished tasks
- Canceled - Canceled tasks
Projects by Phase
Section titled “Projects by Phase”The bar chart shows how many projects are in each phase:
- Discovery - Early evaluation phase
- Planning - Planning phase
- Execution - Active implementation
- Closeout - Project completion
Task Activity
Section titled “Task Activity”The area chart shows task activity over time:
- Created - New tasks per day
- Completed - Finished tasks per day
This chart helps you identify trends:
- Is the creation rate rising faster than the completion rate?
- Are there days with particularly high activity?
- How is productivity developing over time?
