Profile Overview
Manage your personal settings and account information.
Profile Tabs
Section titled “Profile Tabs”Your profile page is divided into the following sections:
Profile
Section titled “Profile”Here you can manage your personal information:
- Display Name - How you appear to other users
- Email Address - Your login email (cannot be changed)
- Profile Picture - Your personal avatar image
- Language - Your preferred display language
Employee
Section titled “Employee”If you are registered as an employee in the organization, you can view your employee information here:
- Employee ID
- Department
- Position
- Qualifications
Security
Section titled “Security”Manage your security settings:
- Change Password - Update your login password
- Two-Factor Authentication - Enable additional security layer
Sessions
Section titled “Sessions”View all active login sessions:
- Device and browser
- Location (based on IP address)
- Last activity
- Option to terminate sessions
Edit Profile
Section titled “Edit Profile”Click “Edit” to update your profile information. Changes take effect immediately after saving.
