Editing a Qualification
Here you can edit or delete an existing qualification.
Editable Fields
Section titled “Editable Fields”Change the name of the qualification. Existing assignments are preserved.
Description
Section titled “Description”Update the description with additional details.
Validity Period
Section titled “Validity Period”Adjust whether and how long the qualification is valid:
- Unlimited to Limited
- Limited to Unlimited
- Adjust duration
Delete Qualification
Section titled “Delete Qualification”Through the action menu (three dots), you can delete the qualification.
Effects of Deletion
Section titled “Effects of Deletion”- The qualification is removed from the list
- Existing assignments to employees are removed
- Historical data may be affected
Check Usage
Section titled “Check Usage”Before deleting a qualification, check:
- Which employees have this qualification
- Whether the qualification is used in project requirements
- Whether historical reports could be affected
