Editing a Member
Here you can adjust the role and permissions of an organization member.
Member Information
Section titled “Member Information”At the top you can see the member’s basic information:
- Name and email
- Current role
- Join date
Changing the Role
Section titled “Changing the Role”Change the member’s role in the organization:
| Role | Permissions |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full access, can manage organization |
| Administrator | Extended rights, can manage members |
| Member | Standard access to projects and tasks |
Permissions
Section titled “Permissions”Depending on the role, the member has different permissions:
- All administrator rights
- Can delete the organization
- Can change billing settings
Administrator
Section titled “Administrator”- Can invite and remove members
- Can change roles
- Can manage all projects
Member
Section titled “Member”- Can edit assigned projects
- Can create and manage tasks
- Can upload documents
Removing a Member
Section titled “Removing a Member”Through the action menu you can remove the member from the organization.
