Project Overview
The project workspace gives you a complete view of your project and its progress.
Overview Tab
Section titled “Overview Tab”The overview tab displays key project information at a glance:
Status Cards
Section titled “Status Cards”- Stage - Current project lifecycle stage
- Progress - Completion percentage based on tasks
- Duration - Planned start to end date
- Manager - Assigned project manager
Quick Stats
Section titled “Quick Stats”- Total work packages and their status breakdown
- Task completion rates
- Team member count
Navigation Tabs
Section titled “Navigation Tabs”Work Packages
Section titled “Work Packages”View and manage all work packages in the project. From here you can:
- See each work package’s status
- Create new work packages
- Navigate to work package details
Planning
Section titled “Planning”Visual timeline view with:
- Work package schedules
- Task distributions
- Resource allocation
Documents
Section titled “Documents”Project-related documents and files:
- Upload new documents
- Browse existing files
- Organize by category
Actions
Section titled “Actions”Use the edit button in the header to modify project details, or access the action menu for:
- Archive project
- Export project data
- Delete project (admin only)
