User Roles

Users are people who can log in to your Valiro organization. Each user has a role that determines their permissions.

Available Roles

Owner

The highest permission level:

• Full access to all features
• Can manage billing and subscription
• Can delete the organization
• Can promote others to owner

Every organization must have at least one owner.

Administrator

Administrative access for day-to-day management:

• Manage users and invitations
• Access to all projects and data
• Configure organization settings
• No access to billing or deleting the organization

Member

Standard user access:

• View and edit assigned projects
• Create and edit own content
• Limited access to settings
• Cannot manage other users

Changing Roles

Owners and administrators can change user roles on the users page. Note:

• You cannot demote yourself if you are the only owner
• Role changes take effect immediately
