User Roles
Users are people who can log in to your Valiro organization. Each user has a role that determines their permissions.
Available Roles
Section titled “Available Roles”The highest permission level:
- Full access to all features
- Can manage billing and subscription
- Can delete the organization
- Can promote others to owner
Every organization must have at least one owner.
Administrator
Section titled “Administrator”Administrative access for day-to-day management:
- Manage users and invitations
- Access to all projects and data
- Configure organization settings
- No access to billing or deleting the organization
Member
Section titled “Member”Standard user access:
- View and edit assigned projects
- Create and edit own content
- Limited access to settings
- Cannot manage other users

Changing Roles
Section titled “Changing Roles”Owners and administrators can change user roles on the users page. Note:
- You cannot demote yourself if you are the only owner
- Role changes take effect immediately
