Post Settings
Manage metadata, visibility, and confirmation tracking for newsfeed posts.
Basic Settings
Section titled “Basic Settings”Title and Summary
Section titled “Title and Summary”- Title - Short, concise heading
- Summary - Preview text displayed in the post list
Keywords
Section titled “Keywords”Add keywords to make posts searchable. Separate multiple words with commas.
Publishing Options
Section titled “Publishing Options”Pin to Top
Section titled “Pin to Top”Pinned posts always appear at the beginning of the newsfeed, regardless of the publication date.
Mandatory Confirmation
Section titled “Mandatory Confirmation”Enable this option for important posts that everyone must read:
- Team members must confirm that they have read the post
- The confirmation status is tracked
- You can see who has confirmed and who is still pending
Save as Draft
Section titled “Save as Draft”Drafts are only visible to you until you publish them. Use drafts to:
- Prepare posts before they are ready
- Review before publishing
- Plan publication for later
Confirmation Tracking
Section titled “Confirmation Tracking”For mandatory posts, the “Confirmations” tab shows:
- Confirmed - Members who have confirmed the post
- Pending - Members who have not yet confirmed
- Total - Total number of organization members
