Editing Your Profile
Manage your personal information, security settings, and active sessions.
Profile Tab
Section titled “Profile Tab”Display Name
Section titled “Display Name”The name that other team members see. Choose a name that clearly identifies you.
Avatar
Section titled “Avatar”Choose an avatar style and customize it:
- Various styles are available
- Change the seed for a new look
- Preview before saving
Contact Information
Section titled “Contact Information”- Business Phone - Work number for colleagues
- Primary Location - Your usual workplace
Language
Section titled “Language”Select your preferred language for the user interface.
Security Tab
Section titled “Security Tab”Two-Factor Authentication
Section titled “Two-Factor Authentication”Add an extra layer of security to your account:
- Enable 2FA
- Scan the QR code with an authenticator app
- Enter the verification code
- Store your backup codes securely
Change Password
Section titled “Change Password”Update your password regularly:
- Enter your current password
- Choose a new password (at least 8 characters)
- Confirm the new password
Sessions Tab
Section titled “Sessions Tab”View and manage your active login sessions:
- See all devices where you are logged in
- Identify sessions by device and location
- Terminate unknown or old sessions
