Creating Employees
Use this form to create new employees in your organization.
Basic Information
Section titled “Basic Information”The full name of the employee as it will appear in the system.
The email address for communication and login.
Optional phone number for contact purposes.
Employment Type
Section titled “Employment Type”Choose the type of employment:

| Office | Employee works primarily in the office |
| Field | Employee works primarily on-site |
Qualifications
Section titled “Qualifications”Assign relevant qualifications to the employee:
- Certifications
- Training
- Skills
These qualifications help with assigning employees to suitable tasks and projects.
Test Data
Section titled “Test Data”Through the action menu, you can fill the form with random test data. This is useful for demonstration or testing purposes.
After saving, the employee will appear in the employee list and can be assigned to projects and tasks.
