What is a Work Package?

A work package represents a self-contained piece of work that:

• Contains related tasks

Status Workflow

Work packages go through these statuses:

• Not Started - Work has not yet begun
• In Progress - Tasks are being actively worked on
• Completed - All tasks successfully finished
• Blocked - Progress is stopped due to an issue
