Feedback Details

The detail view shows all information about a feedback report.

At the top, you see:

  • Type - Bug, Feedback, or Feature Request
  • Priority - Low to Critical
  • Status - Current processing status
  • Created At - Time of the report

The full text of the feedback report as entered by the user.

If available, technical details are displayed:

The page where the feedback was reported. Click the link to navigate directly there.

If a screenshot was attached, a thumbnail is displayed. Click on it for the full view.

Browser, operating system, and other technical details can help with bug analysis.

Use the arrow keys to navigate between feedback reports without returning to the list:

  • Left - Previous report
  • Right - Next report

The status can be updated by the support team to track progress:

  • Open to Under Review
  • Under Review to In Progress
  • In Progress to Resolved
