Editing Work Packages

You can update work package details as work progresses or requirements change.

All work package fields can be modified:

  • Title - Update the name to reflect current work
  • Description - Add or update details
  • Assigned Workers - Add or remove team members
  • Planned Dates - Adjust start or end date

Work package status is automatically updated based on tasks:

  • Not Started - No tasks in progress
  • In Progress - At least one task has been started
  • Completed - All tasks done
  • Blocked - Work is stopped
  • The assigned team member
  • Project managers
  • Organization administrators and owners

To delete:

  1. Open the edit menu
  2. Click “Delete Work Package”
  3. Confirm the action
