Newsfeed
The newsfeed is the central place for company announcements and important notifications. Posts for all members of the organization are published here.
Posts can contain various information:
- Company news
- Project announcements
- Important notifications
- Training materials
Post Status
Section titled “Post Status”Each post has a status:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Draft | Not yet published, only visible to authors |
| Published | Visible to all members |
Special Markers
Section titled “Special Markers”Pinned Posts
Section titled “Pinned Posts”Pinned posts are displayed at the top of the list. They are marked with a pin icon and remain visible even when newer posts are added.
Mandatory Posts
Section titled “Mandatory Posts”Mandatory posts are marked with an exclamation mark. These posts require a read confirmation from all members.
Creating Posts
Section titled “Creating Posts”Click “New Post” to create a new post. You can:
- Add a title and summary
- Write the full content
- Save the post as a draft
- Publish the post immediately
Search and Filter
Section titled “Search and Filter”Use the search bar to find posts by title or content. The status filter allows you to switch between drafts and published posts.
