Creating a Qualification

Use this form to create new qualification types for your organization.

What Are Qualifications?

Qualifications describe skills, certifications, or training that employees may have. Examples:

• Class B Driver’s License
• First Aid Course
• Welding Certificate
• Safety Briefing

Form Fields

Name

A unique name for the qualification.

Description

Optional detailed description of the qualification.

Validity

Specify whether the qualification has an expiration date:

• Unlimited Validity - Qualification does not expire
• Limited Validity - Enter the validity period in months

Tip

For qualifications with limited validity, you will be automatically notified when an employee needs a refresher.

Test Data

Through the action menu, you can fill the form with random test data. This is useful for demonstration or testing purposes.

After Creation

After saving:

1. The qualification appears in the qualification list
2. It can be assigned to employees
3. It is selectable when editing employees

Caution

Qualification names should be unique to avoid confusion.
