Creating Conversations

Start conversations with colleagues in various ways, depending on your communication needs.

A private conversation between you and another person.

  • Select a person from your organization
  • If you already have a conversation with this person, it will be opened

A group conversation for general team communication.

  • Enter a chat name
  • Add multiple participants
  • All members can see and send messages

A conversation linked to a specific project.

  • Select a project
  • The chat name is automatically pre-filled
  • Use the quick action to add all project members

For team and project chats, you can add multiple participants:

  1. Click on the participants field
  2. Search for members
  3. Select them from the list

For project chats, you can quickly add all project members (manager and team) with one click.
